Jude began coaching her own clients 5 years ago, but her experience of life coaching began when she was a young adult. Throughout her teens she suffered with depression which then led to her developing an eating disorder in her early 20’s. She needed to find outside support to help me move forwards and this came from a life coach. This was a major turning point and through learning a number of tools and techniques, she was able to make the steps she needed to take to get to a healthier place in her life.
Through her one on one sessions she uses various tools and techniques, from NLP to acceptance and commitment therapies, adapting them in line with each person’s individual needs.
